Flake & Kelley Commercial, a commercial real estate firm located in downtown Little Rock, is looking for a dependable, energetic, and talented individual to join our team as an On-site Executive Center Manager.

Dependable and dedicated and committed to providing top-tier customer service
Experienced in a variety of social media platforms
Able to analyze and interpret documents such as leases, contracts, and procedure manuals
Excellent at communicating both verbally and in writing
Able to understand and generate financial reports
A problem-solver
Able to operate basic office equipment
Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (familiarity with Adobe Docusign a plus)
Adaptable to change according to the needs of the organization, owner, or tenant
Able to work with minimal direction or supervision
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
Familiar with Yardi and understands the basics of accounting
College-educated with a degree in business or related field preferred


Responsibilities

Provide general support for Executive Center tenants
Operate switchboard and route telephone calls to tenants
Manage and route incoming mail, including confidential materials, in a professional and expedient manner
Monitor and maintain Executive Center supplies and order as needed
Maintain social media presence of Executive Center
Visit tenants regularly to demonstrate a commitment to customer service
Assist in the leasing efforts of the Executive Center
Coordinate arrangements for preventative maintenance and repairs
Conduct regular walkthroughs of property, including buildings and grounds
Monitor tenant activities for compliance with lease, property, and security requirements
Ensure timely collections of all rent receipts and prepare collection correspondence
Ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriately
Become proficient in the use of Property Management software (Yardi) regarding A/R, A/P, tenant information and ledgers
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
