Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements: The knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of two (2) years of college or vocational-technical school in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related area, and four (4) years of experience in employee benefits administration or records maintenance and processing, or related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
