DAABH CFO
The Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a CFO for the Division of Adult, Aging, and Behavioral Health Services in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The DHS CFO is responsible for overseeing operational activities and must possess knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to accounting and fiscal management, budget development and maintenance, and procurement and asset management.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, personnel administration or a related field is required; plus six years of progressively more responsible experience, including three years in a professional managerial capacity. 5 years experience in the State budgeting process is preferred, as is experience in cost allocation, grants and funds, reconciliations, and experience in SAP (AASIS).
