Marketing Manager

Description:

The marketing manager is responsible for leading and executing the overall strategic marketing plan for the northwest Arkansas region of Arkansas Children’s services. This includes financial management of the marketing budget, as well as negotiation of vendor contracts and accountability for best business practices in processing invoices. The marketing manager should lead the collaboration and relationship building of the ACNW leadership team, Arkansas Children’s strategic marketing department, and the Arkansas Children’s physician liaison planning. The manager will act as the Public Information Officer in the ACNW Incident Command Center and will be an essential member of the ACNW emergency management committee for planning purposes. The manager will look for opportunities to advance strategic communication both internally and externally to bring greater awareness to the mission, vision, and values of Arkansas Children’s. The manager will be responsible for development and execution of an overall sponsorship plan, including coordination of budget, invoices, committee, and communications with requesting organizations. The manager will be agile and flexible as needed to support the overall plans of Arkansas Children’s.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Required - Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university - Field of Study: Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required - 5 years total experience required, which includes 3 years of healthcare experience experience
