JOB OBJECTIVE:  To administer the City's modified duty, safety and loss control programs to reduce the cost of the City's Workers' Compensation and disability claims, and to ensure the City is in compliance with state laws and regulations regarding workplace safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations regarding chemicals; coordinates health and wellness program activities.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
