Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills interacting with customers and co-workers
Process multiple-source social-media and system-based inputs for call-back, scheduling, and call-outs
Efficiently engage high-volume of customers telephonically using effective listening, inquiry and objection-overcoming techniques while maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and respect
Log detailed and accurate information derived from customer interactions
Facilitate warranty, parts and other back-end customer-support services
