Job Objective and Essential Functions: Plans and directs the activities of the Development Division in the Department of Planning and Development; to provide information to the City Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, City Beautiful Commission, and the Board of Directors relating to Development activities and projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements: The knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban or Regional Planning, or a related area, four (4) years of experience in urban or regional planning or a related field, two (2) years of supervisory experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
