Seeking a Benefits Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience serving in a similar role. Candidate will serve as point of contact with managers and employees to administer the benefits program. Expert knowledge of LTD, STD, COBRA, HIPPA, ADA and FMLA are required to fulfill these duties. Ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems, in order to serve as a liaison between the HR and Accounting departments. Additional requirements include accurate data entry skills and the ability to generate reports, utilizing spreadsheets and MS Word applications. Salary range is negotiable $45,000 D.O.E. with excellent benefits and work/life balance. Background & drug screening required for hire.
