Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements
Completion of High School or equivalent; one (1) year of experience in preparing reports of information received by telephone or related area and one (1) year of data entry experience or related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Employees in this classification must be available to work shift assignments which include nights, weekends and holidays.
