Outside Sales Representative - Delta Solar

Delta Solar is looking for motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our sales team. This position offers an opportunity for growth and a lucrative commission structure for high-ticket contracts. A strong applicant will be confident, creative, and goal-oriented, with the ability to learn the technical and financial details of our business quickly. Experience with solar is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
• Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home, farm, and/or business
• Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, incentives, or tax rebates.
• Achieve sales goals including quotas, lead response timeliness, etc
• Set expectations with the customer and educate them on the installation timeline & process
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, etc.

Requirements:
• 2+ years sales experience with a strong performance record
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Self-motivated, energetic personality with exceptional sales skills as well as willingness to initiate and implement process improvements
