The Process Automation Engineer will help establish a culture of using automation tools to improve business processes and practices. Must be a self-starter and be able to automate certain redundant processes.
Reports to: Manager of Enterprise Applications
Provide guidance with process design.
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
Creates and maintains solution documentation.
Work project management and enterprise application teams, stakeholders, and other cross-functional resources to capture/define requirements and translate into technical approaches/designs to deliver business impacting initiatives.
Create Use Cases, User Stories or other required technical assets based on business requirements.
Proactively monitors and supports issues that arise in running processes and provides timely responses to resolve issues.
Focuses on quality and performs thorough testing
Understands data and is able to analyze data to provide information that can help business decisions or drive process automation.
Presents information to leadership.
Maintains a record of Work and Help Desk activities

The RPA Developer shall be required to perform any other duties assigned to fulfill the objectives of the Cooperative.
Employees/Members: To exchange information.
Vendors: To report software malfunction, resolve hardware and software issues, and to stay up to date on current technology. To provide input on critical projects.
Education, Job Knowledge and Training: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Software Developer or Systems engineer
Strong understanding of software systems, technical documentation, and source control is preferred
Experience within end-to-end processes allowing for a strong business mindset to find the correct opportunities for automation
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Power Automation, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or other automation platforms
Knowledge of SQL and User Experience
A positive attitude with interest to learn new technology around process automation and data analysis
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
Equipment Operated: All specific equipment related to Information Technology as well as routine office equipment. Must have valid driver's license without violation, which would prohibit insurability.
Abilities and skills: Must be able to perform data entry with high degree of speed and accuracy. Must be able to perform complicated research, reporting, and querying of data. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information both written and verbally to immediate supervisors, peers and end users.
Physical effort: Occasional lifting, up to 30 pounds, may be required. Normal vision and hearing required.
Working conditions: Work is performed in an office environment with higher and/or longer noise level than average. Weekends, evening hours, and/or overtime may be expected. Overnight travel may occasionally be necessary.
