Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with the account service team and functional leads to develop and manage project plans varying in size with minimal support and oversight.

Clearly communicates project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, financial status and expectations on a regular basis.

Deliver projects on time ensuring agency and client's quality standards are met.

Adapts to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, responds quickly to changing business needs/timelines, and maintains relentless attention to detail.

Understands the full range of resources and products available throughout the company and has the ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.

Is solutions-oriented and recommends solutions when problems arise.

Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills with peers, supervisors and clients. Is sensitive to style differences among others and makes adjustments to own style when working with different people.

Clearly demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment through flexibility, resilience and a positive outlook.

Knows when to rely on own judgment and when to seek advice of supervisor and other team members.

Exhibits effective communication skills. Uses different communication channels appropriately and is equally effective with each channel.

Qualifications:

BA/BS preferred

2 plus years project management experience preferably in an agency or high-tech environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once.

A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
