REPORTS TO: Enterprise Project Manager
SUPERVISES: Assists in supervision of project coordinators
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree and two years' experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE: May substitute education with at least six years of demonstrable working knowledge.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Technical project management experience required. PMP, PMI or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred or required within 18 months upon acceptance of the position.
MAJOR JOB TASKS:
Develops and manages project plans and schedules to facilitate projects throughout the entire lifecycle: concept, requirements, design, development, and launch. This includes development, testing, integration, implementation, change management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, status reporting, tracking, and monitoring service/work order charges, tracking project costs and project closeout, including lessons learned. Ensures completion of projects and schedules within budget. Responsible for reviewing shared services charges between Ozarks Electric and Ozarks Go, as appropriate.
Audits existing processes for efficiency, compliance, and quality. Works with senior leadership as well as cross functional teams to effectively select and prioritize process improvement efforts.
Applies process improvement best practices to modernize and improve workflows, systems, etc.Documents E2E workflows as needed.
Coordinates among IT, business, and operational project teams to achieve overall delivery according to specifications and agreed timelines.
Manages project risks and drives issue resolution as it relates to meeting the overall schedule and quality commitments.
Coordinates activities and communication among multiple project teams, including status reports to management.
Directs project activities that use shared resources or require cross-project reconciliation. This may include training, communications, change management, deployment, and support resources.
Establishes performance measures and monitors/analyzes performance metrics to identify and implement performance-based improvements.
Analyzes various systems, databases, and processes; applies appropriate programs and tools to assist in systems integration, automation, or other key technology functions.
Serves as a subject matter expert in many cross functional areas as it relates to enterprise software to ensure initiatives and processes are in alignment with Ozarks' strategy, goals, and objectives.
Designs and develops new technology programs, platforms, and/or reporting conduits, utilizing a variety of technical tools and environments. Performs or assists in subsequent testing, installation, and maintenance of new or modified systems.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Must be able to perform complicated research, reporting, application, and process analysis, and querying of data.
