Teaching Artist

Description:

TheatreSquared is seeking teaching artists for 2022. Teaching artists will oversee the planning and instruction of classes/camps for students aged junior high to adult (18+) in a range of theatre techniques and skills set. We are currently hiring for Spring 2022 and Summer 2022 specifically, but will also consider teaching artists for the 2022-23 season. The theatre welcomes applicants of all backgrounds, and candidates who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) are strongly encouraged to apply.

As an enthusiastic, early-career theatre professional—and as a positive, collaborative member of an inclusive workforce—this new staff member will help TheatreSquared answer the question, “How can a theatre be an agent of social change—helping foster a community that is fundamentally more equitable?”
