Professional Service Coordinator

Description:

Alpha Surety, a Gallagher Company, has a full-time, permanent career position for a professional service coordinator in our national service center located in West Little Rock. We are looking for a stable team member with strong character, integrity and work ethic that enjoys working in a small business, entrepreneurial environment. Previous knowledge of the surety industry is a plus but not a requirement. Job duties include fulfilling bond orders/renewals, telephone/email customer service and a variety of other operational items.
