ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

Assist with research of laws and regulations that govern client health plans
Assist with creation of compliance resources for compliance library, template forms and tools, training resources, and other documents
Review of contracts, form notices, SPDs, Plan Documents and other documents under supervision of Assistant General Counsel
Generally assist with compliance support for Stephens and Stephens advisors regarding life and health clients
Perform other job related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; current law school student; and one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Life & Health insurance or the laws governing health plans a plus.
