As an energetic and reliable professional, the Solutions Center Representative is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing Bank policies to solve customer requests, issues and directing calls to others in the Bank when necessary. The incumbent is often the first point of contact for customers' account and other product issues so it is critical to be able to commit to a high level of customer service/satisfaction and handle each call in an efficient and accurate manner.

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
A minimum of 7 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
If remote - remote access wired high-speed broadband internet required (physical DSL/Cable - not Satellite/LTE) with a minimum of download speeds of up to 25 megabits per second and upload speeds of up to 6 megabits per second (25/6 Mbps) for remote working capabilities.
Must have a dedicated phone line in order to receive and make calls from a remote location.
Must have a quiet room to take calls if working remotely.

Fayetteville, Stuttgart, Mountain Home at one of our branches in these locations
May be fully remote
Must be living in the State of Arkansas

Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday 9 am to noon, 1 or 2 Saturdays a month
