We are searching for a Platform Management & Development (PM&D) Lead who will be responsible for the overall Management and Development efforts on key Production and Support platforms. This requires understanding business needs, understanding processes and workflows, reporting needs, and key drivers of the business - and taking this understanding and delivering and implementing appropriate solutions utilizing Salesforce and other appropriate platforms, systems, and tools. In addition, this role will help develop, design, and implement appropriate dashboards, reports and other systems that will help the business monitor, track, and run the business effectively. PM&D Lead is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, implementing an appropriate and effective project management methodology, and coordinating appropriate resources to meet project goals and timelines. PM&D Lead helps to drive operational efficiency within the organization through partnering with business units and optimizing processes and workflows. Works with IT Director - Digital Experience and other bank leadership to support ad hoc analysis, reporting, project management, process optimization, and workflow optimization as needed. Partners with the Process Improvement Team, Enterprise Analytics, and other key partners in developing and driving change and efficiency improvements. Will serve as nCino and Salesforce administrator and possibly other platforms as directed and needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.; equivalent to a four year college degree
A minimum of six years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Mastery: Process, procedures, workflow analysis
Advanced: Spreadsheet, Cloud-based software
Intermediate: Database, Word Processing/Typing
Basic: Programming Languages
