SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY -
Directs and leads the leadership, operational, and financial services and activities of multi-site practices for Arkansas Health Group and Practice Plus. Works directly with providers and clinic managers in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of these services for their practices. Promotes, coordinates, and implements company sponsored services and programs between practices and organization. Is responsible for ongoing practice development of sites.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -
* Bachelors in Health Care Management or related field.
* STRONGLY PREFERRED - Masters in Health Care Management or related field
* Must be able to travel.
* Minimum 5 years health care management experience preferably in ambulatory setting.
