Position Information/Description:
To coordinate activities relative to the City of Little Rock's Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Catastrophic Leave programs for the Department of Human Resources, Labor and Employee Relations Division; administers all activities and programs in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations; to perform professional-level human resources functions in the Labor and Employee Relations Division to include conducting internal equity salary studies, developing materials and conducting generalized and specialized in-house training programs and related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, or related fields, and three (3) years of demonstrated professional-level working knowledge, interpretation, and application of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to include experience administering FMLA and ADA cases or related areas; two (2) years of demonstrated advanced-level Microsoft excel experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
