Position Information/Description: To coordinate various health and wellness programs, activities and initiatives designed to improve the overall health and well-being of the employees of the City of Little Rock.

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements: These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Nutrition, Exercise Science or a related area; two (2) years of professional-level experience coordinating activities for health and wellness programs or related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.


Must possess American Red Cross Community First-Aid and Safety Instructor certification OR American Red Cross Standard First Aid Instructor AND American Red Cross Community CPR Instructor Certifications, or equivalent certifications, within (90) ninety days of employment and maintain certifications for the duration of employment in this position.

Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
