GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for managing and implementing projects into Centennial Bank or other HBI entities as assigned while working within a standardized Project Management methodology. Works with all levels of personnel and management within the Centennial Bank and HBI organization to implement and facilitate multiple initiatives within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.

2. Manage and implement data processing, bank operations and other projects. This duty is performed annually, about 50% of the time.

3. Work with third party vendors when needed to provide total banking solution for Centennial Bank and HBI affiliates. This duty is performed about 20% of the time.

4. Facilitate the Communication between technical personnel and other stakeholders regarding complex system issues and data transfer methodologies. This duty is performed about 20% of the time.

5. Create detailed functional specifications to support implementation efforts. This duty is performed about 10% of the time.

6. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 19 to 23 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ability to learn and adhere to a structured project management methodology.
