• Lead counsel in multiple successful litigations addressing the constitutional propriety of state legislation and licensing decisions.
• Service as special counsel to the Arkansas Bureau of Legislative Research and Arkansas Board of Corrections.
• Successful appeals before the 8th and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeal, including in precedent-setting decision involving the employment status of certain drug court probationers.
