Advice for your 18-year-old self
“People pleasing will please everyone but yourself. I have spent so much time and effort trying to be everything to everybody that it cost me my own sanity and fulfillment many times. My younger self should have created healthier boundaries. And honestly, my older self could heed that advice. We are all a work in progress, and learning to prioritize our own well-being is part of the journey.”
