Career dream as a child
“Although I had no particular job in mind, I knew as early as 12 years old that I wanted to work at Stallion Transportation when I was grown. The environment was always full of energy, and as a ‘people person,’ I knew it was a good fit for me. Being raised in the family business gave me insight into all the opportunities the company had to offer.”
Advice for your 18-year-old self
“Listen. Listen with both your eyes and ears, and don’t interrupt. Don’t assume that you already know something when someone is trying to teach you.”
How you define success
“I do not define success based on job titles and career advancement, nor by wealth and material possessions. The most successful people, to me, are the ones who are truly happy and content with their lives.”
