Professional achievements
• At Ropeswing Hospitality Group of Bentonville, worked on development projects including Blake Street House, The Record and The Preacher’s Son. It was here that my interest in community-placemaking grew.
• Recruited by members of the Tyson family to join their family office to work on personal and philanthropic initiatives. Our team’s public placemaking projects include ArtCourt (Fayetteville), The Medium: A Place to Create (Springdale) and #FamousHardware, a public art exhibit (Springdale).

Advice for your 18-year-old self
“Don’t be afraid to mess up because you will at some point. Our actions when things are tough are what build our character. I was once hired because my future boss had witnessed me experience a failure. It was what I did after, my resolve, that made me truly hirable.”
