Professional “aha” moment
“My professional ‘aha’ moment was my first day as CEO of Assembled Products. I was in a quarterly leadership meeting with a group of people whom I had never met. I knew that my job was to lead them even though I had never been a CEO before. I thought at first that I should just lean back and not engage, but then I thought better of it. As soon as I leaned into the conversation and the thoughts started to flow, I realized ‘I can do this.’ I’ve loved this role since that moment.”
