Mentor and lessons learned
“I have had the privilege to work with many people whom I would call my mentors. Currently, I would have to say David Bubbus. He shows up to work excited every single day. He reminds me to count my blessings and tells me daily that “we are not running this place,” meaning that God is in complete control. Our responsibility is to focus on the little things and always try to do the next right thing.”

Professional “aha” moment
“When I figured out that we are not just making burgers, that we have been given an opportunity to impact the life of every customer who comes through our doors. Our job is to create a culture that brightens someone’s day.”
