Professional “aha” moment
“Mine is a bit negative, but just seeing what group/corporate dentistry was doing wrong as I started to gain familiarity with the profession. I felt like there were clear benefits to group dentistry, but that the current landscape hadn’t really figured it out yet, so that’s why Hunter and I started GPS.”
Most valuable lesson
“It’s simple, but treat people with respect, no matter who they are, what job they do or how they appear. People will want to work with you and for you if you are that kind of person. I can tell a lot about someone by how they treat a waiter or waitress at a restaurant.”
Making Arkansas more attractive to young professionals
“No state income tax.”
Top challenge facing Arkansas
“Attracting young professionals and families.”
