Entegrity is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Little Rock office. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing direct support to Entegrity’s Office Manager, Accounting and Marketing Departments and other departments as needed. Primary Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming calls - Receive, sort and distribute mail - Maintaining office supply inventory - Carry out administrative duties such as shipping, filing, binding, scanning etc. - Running office errands when needed - Maintain detail and maintenance schedules for company vehicles - Assist with general office work including light office cleaning or other tasks as required Desired Professional Attributes: - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc - Great communication skills o Phone etiquette o Writing expertise a must - Ability to maintain confidentiality Position Details: - Part-time (25-30 hours per week) with the possibility of full-time employment - Casual work environment - Compensation dependent on experience
