Random Rants and Rates (Craig Douglass On Consumers)

You’ve seen the arrows in other columns. An “up” arrow for OK, a “down” arrow for not OK. Since these icons have been used elsewhere, I have long thought they were the province of others. No longer. There really is no good reason why I can’t employ a similar device as an efficient way to comment on, and perhaps rant about, a number of random consumer-related influences. Enrollment to Drop at NWACC, Pulaski Tech

Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville are expecting another drop in enrollment figures. Official head counts are not reported until Jan. 28, the 11th day of spring semester classes, but the numbers are down at both schools. read more >
