UCA Board Approves Property Acquisition, Bond Issuance for $17.6M Mixed-Use Project

The property, at 242 Donaghey Ave., is currently occupied by a Papa John's restaurant, owned by Ozark Pizza Co. LLC of Little Rock. The offer would pay Ozark Pizza Co. $236,000 for the .12-acre lot and another $164,000 if the property is vacated by April 15. read more >
