Cross County Responds to Ambulance Suit

Southern Ambulance of Wynne last month sued the county, members of the quorum court and its competitor, Ambulance Services of Forrest City LLC, which drives emergency vehicles under the name of Cross County EMS. Southern Ambulance said it has exclusive rights to the serve the approximately 17,500 people who live in the east Arkansas county, according to its lawsuit filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court. read more >
