Information pertaining to a letter of credit agreement between Arkansas Best Corp. and PNC Bank of Pittsburgh was allowed to be redacted in an SEC filing based on "competitive purposes."
Because of “competitive purposes,” the company was allowed to redact specifics of the agreement. Those deletions include basis points and a commitment fee. read more >
