Work on the first phase of the  $350 million Saracen Casino Resort in Pine Bluff is racing toward completion in June. The 80,000-SF casino floor, lined by restaurants, will have room to accommodate 50 table games and 2,000 slot machines. Expected to open next year, phase two encompasses the 300-room, 13-story hotel tower and events center.
