UPDATE: USA Truck Expands Board of Directors for Largest Shareholders

USA Truck Inc. of Van Buren expanded its board of directors to make room for representatives from its largest shareholders. Stone House Capital and Baker Street, that formed United Shareholders for the Benefit of USAK, now own nearly 3 million shares, or 28 percent in the trucking firm. read more >
