Four days after the first reports of a widespread outage of AT&T's U-verse service across the South, the company says that the service has been restored to "all customers affected by the outage." read more >
The telecommunications giant repeated that the outage is linked to computer servers and that it is working hard to repair the system. read more >
Customers have also flooded AT&T's Facebook page community support forums to report their outages, with complaints hailing from states including Arkansas, Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, Kentucky, Alabama and Oklahoma.
