Jerry Martin, a professional engineer, has been promoted to Arkansas water team leader at Garver in North Little Rock.
He has also been appointed by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock to the UAMS College of Public Health Advisory Board.
Dustin Davis and Moses Sayles have been hired by WDD Architects in Little Rock.
Davis and Sayles are members of the American Institute of Architects.
Sayles brings 19 years of experience as a project manager and architectural associate in commercial, educational, religious, residential and institutional design, with an emphasis on mixed-use and urban planning.
Davis has 20 years of experience as an architect in corporate and educational design, with an emphasis on sustainability.
