Tina Shrader has been promoted to clinical director at Chenal Family Therapy in Little Rock.
Shrader is a licensed professional counselor.
She has been with Chenal Family Therapy since 2018 and has previously served as child and adolescent therapist, as well as assistant clinical director of the west Little Rock office.

Gregory Lawson Smith has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as a pain management specialist. Smith is certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He will also be an assistant professor with the Interventional Pain Department. Smith completed medical school at UAMS as well as his residency, where he was chief resident. In 2019, he became the first multidisciplinary chronic pain fellow at UAMS.
