Bill Pendergist has been hired by Colliers International Arkansas in Little Rock as vice president of brokerage.

Pendergist specializes in commercial brokerage sales and lease transactions for both owners and tenants. He has 15 years of brokerage experience and has represented clients that include Entergy, AT&T Wireless, the Arkansas Supreme Court, New York Life, Jason’s Deli, U.S. Bank, Crain Automotive, Dollar General and Place Properties.
