Julie Stackhouse Named to Simmons Bank’s Board

Julie Stackhouse has been added to the board of directors for Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

Stackhouse is a former executive vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

“Julie brings incredible insight and a tremendous understanding of our industry from her many years of working with financial institutions, and I am confident that she will be a valuable contributor as a member of our board,” Chairman and CEO George Makris Jr. said in a news release.

Simmons Bank is owned by financial holding company Simmons First National Corp. of Pine Bluff. It had $22.4 billion in assets as of Dec. 31 and, through its subsidiaries, has operations in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
