Protho Manor Apartments Sell for $8.2M

► Protho Manor Housing Partners Ltd., an affiliate of Seattle’s Vitus Group, purchased its namesake 104-unit complex at 1909 Hwy. 161 in North Little Rock for more than $8.2 million.

Seller? Intrepid Investments Inc., led by Carl Schultz.

► K&E Grooms Properties LLC, led by Kenneth and Bettye Grooms, sold 17 houses in Pulaski County, scattered across Sherwood, North Little Rock and north Pulaski County, for $1.6 million.

Buyer: Investors Group 479 LLC, led by Edward Haddock.

► Gerald and Judith Jones bought a 4,697-SF house in Little Rock’s River Oaks neighborhood for $1 million from Jeffrey Barber.
