Tom Bowen
Tom Bowen was named as vice chancellor of intercollegiate athletics for Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Bowen has 15 years of experience as an NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision athletics director.
Keith Klemmer has been named the board chair for the Beck Center for Veterans at ASU. Klemmer will replace Maj. Gen. George Barker, who stepped down after 11 years of service.
Klemmer has served in the 39th Infantry Brigade, 142nd Fires Brigade and 87th Troop Command. The Beck Center provides veterans with resources like counseling, personal rehabilitation, advocacy and financial assistance.
