Hare Leaps to New Role at Unity (Movers & Shakers)

Rick Hare has been promoted to assistant vice president of facility services at Unity Health in Searcy. Hare previously served as director of engineering for Unity Health for 27 years. He will be responsible for the growth of facilities in Searcy, Newport and Jacksonville.

Nancy J. Rusch has been named executive associate dean of research of the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Rusch will continue to lead the college’s Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, where she has worked since 2005. Rusch previously has served as president of the Cardiology Pharmacology Division of the American Society of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics.
