Fayetteville bar owner Dave Bass scooped up the food truck courtyard in downtown Fayetteville on Dickson Street.

The selling price for the 0.18-acre courtyard, known as Shulertown?

A cool $1.2 million.

Bass bought Shulertown through his Yeehawg Inc. subsidiary. Bass owns the Yeehawg bar, located adjacent to Shulertown.

The courtyard is home to a bar and several food trucks, which pay monthly rent. It is within Fayetteville’s Outdoor Refreshment Area, which allows patrons 21 years old or older to drink alcoholic beverages outdoors using designated cups within the district.

The seller was Zac Wooden of Fayetteville, through his Wood Properties LLC. Wooden owns several properties on Dickson Street and opened Shulertown in 2014.

The Bank of Fayetteville gave Bass a loan of $960,000.
