Mike McFadden has been hired as an agricultural loan officer in the Lonoke branch of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock. He was previously employed as a loan officer at First State Bank in Lonoke.

Elena Rubino has been hired at the University of Arkansas at Monticello’s College of Forestry, Agriculture & Natural Resources to teach conservation social science beginning in January.
Rubino earned a Ph.D. from the University of Florida in 2018 and recently completed postdoctoral work at the Human Dimensions of Wildlife Lab at Texas State University.

Kody Miller, a plant maintenance worker at Conway Corp.’s Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant, has earned the Class III wastewater license from the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment.
Miller joined the utility in April 2018 as an apprentice and was promoted to his current position in November 2018.
