Allison Cox has been named executive vice president and chief people officer of Encore Bank of Little Rock.
Encore also named Eric Biggers of San Antonio to the role of EVP and chief risk officer and George Easley of Tampa, Florida, to the position of EVP and chief revenue officer.
Jason Culpepper was promoted to director of participations and syndications in the Institutional Banking Department of Simmons Bank effective Oct. 1, and Reggie Rose succeeded him as regional community president for the North Central Arkansas region, which includes Cabot, Clinton, Conway, Marshall, Mountain View and Searcy.
Culpepper joined Simmons in 2015.
Rose was previously a community executive for the bank, which he joined in 2016.
Tara Mallett has been promoted to secondary mortgage loan originator in the Conway branch of First Community Bank of Batesville.
Mallett has more than 11 years of banking experience, most recently as a business development officer.
Brent Currey has been named a partner in Frost PLLC in Little Rock, where he has been a senior audit manager.
Currey joined Frost in 2001.
Marc Haynes has been hired as chief people officer by Smiley Technologies Inc. of Little Rock. Haynes previously led Acxiom’s Global Workplace Experience Organization.
