
Sally Gilbert has joined Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart as the new market president for Mountain Home and the surrounding communities. She previously worked as Mountain Home community bank president for Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

Michael Barnes has been promoted, and José Carrasquillo and Matt Stoltz have been hired at First Community Bank of Batesville.
Barnes, a 12-year veteran of the company, has been named senior vice president, commercial lender.
Carrasquillo is business development officer for the Little Rock region, working out of the bank’s location on Ranch Boulevard.
Stoltz is vice president, commercial loan officer at the company’s office on Kavanaugh Boulevard in Little Rock.
Jon Crippen, Marc Gerard and Martin Schrodt have been promoted at Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.
Crippen, who works in Fort Worth, Texas, is now senior vice president and head of retail banking for Simmons Bank’s metro markets, including metros in Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Tennessee.
Gerard, who works in St. Louis, is now senior vice president and head of retail banking for community markets in those states.
Schrodt, who works in Nashville, Tennessee, is now senior vice president and head of retail strategy development and design.
