Bill Fernandez has been promoted to chief revenue officer of TeleComp Holdings Inc. of Rogers.
Nick Fair, Sandra Prater and Joy Scates have joined the board of directors of CareLink of North Little Rock.
Fair, a CPA and certified financial planner with Fair & Co., joins the board for his first three-year term.
Prater, a former state representative and CareLink board chair, begins a new term after 16 years of previous CareLink board experience.
Scates, former CareLink chief operating officer and vice president of finance, returns as a board member, serving on the executive committee as treasurer.
