Nikki Pfleger of Encore Bank in Little Rock
Nikki Pfleger has been promoted to executive vice president, director of business banking solutions at Encore Bank of Little Rock.
Pfleger joined Encore in April 2019. She previously worked for IberiaBank as a treasury management sales associate.
Charlotte Martin has been promoted to universal banker II at Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff. Martin, with 14 years of experience, has also been selected to manage the bank’s Oak Park branch in Pine Bluff.
Cara Lank, a senior vice president and chief credit officer at Stone Bank of Mountain View, has been named chairman of the National Rural Lenders Association’s Government Relations Committee, which works with association leaders and lobbyists on behalf of the Farm Service Agency and U.S. Department of Agriculture. She has served the Arkansas State Bank Department as a certified senior bank examiner and financial analyst.
